Dear Winter, you have been here since mid December. Snowing at a minimum once a week. I have taken many, many thousands of photos and have enjoyed your stay (most of it anyway). I am sorry to inform you that it is time for you to go, to move on until next Winter.
I am so so so (soo) ready for some color.
Flowers, warm and sunny days, hours and hours spent taking pictures, more warm and sunny days, huge thunderstorms which means rain which means no droughts this year!
Here are my hopeful last Winter pictures...
Farewell, Winter.

Here's to hoping! I can't complain much being in the south, but we are expecting flurries tomorrow early. These images sure are pretty, but I hope to see your spring ones soon!
Simply stunning! Winter is beautiful, but I agree, it's time for Spring (though I live in Texas, and didn't have much of a Winter, don't hate me!)
I am growing more and more grateful for the tiny bit of snow we received as I go from blog to blog and see what Spring has brought others. That last pictures is incredible.
I love your letters --- especially this one to winter. I'm ready for spring, even if Ms. Nature isn't.
awesome pics. and my sentiments toward winter are so similar. wishing the calendar would inform the thermometer, y'know? :)

When all is quiet and still, your butterfly rises from the corner.
Altough these are realy beautiful winter images, I long for Spring. Oh... I am also so ready for color!
Have a great weekend.
I'm ready for the snow to go away now for sure!
color should be right around the corner. meanwhile, i enjoyed your winter photos so much!
these are beautiful winter pictures...I am sure you would have appreciated them more if these would have been taken in early January...!! Love the one with the stream!!
OH but I love your winter photos since winter snow never comes around here :) Thank you so much for partying with us at ready-to-waltz.
Well, at least you got some beautiful photos out of it! We just got hit with a bunch of snow last night, I feel your pain.
pretty photo though! Thank you for sharing your lovely blog at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop xo
Love your snowy scenes. Sometimes, since I moved to Florida from up north, I miss the snow but it usually it doesn't last too long. I prefer the warm weather.
I am your newest follower.
Have a nice week,
Bev
